Shawn is a detective who is on the “Case of the Missing Adults”. In this case, mean and rude adults have been reported missing. From what the police heard, several bad people, 20 at the least, both man and woman, were last seen after nightfall, but their last known locations were unknown. These string of incidents have happened since the last 13 days. The chief commissioner asked him to solve the case. So Shawn investigated for a couple of days. As he wander into a back alley, hoping to find more clues, stumbled upon a shop “Child’s Play Toy Store”.

Shawn entered the toy store and saw a female employee at the cash register. The woman looks like she’s in her early 30s. She have green eyes and jet black hair. She wore a dark green store clerk shirt, a grey knee-length skirt, and nametag that says "Annabelle". Annabelle noticed Shawn and said, “Good evening, sir. How can I help you?” “Yes, Ma’am. I’m Detective Shawn,” he responded, introducing himself, “I am looking for some missing adults. I was wondering if you seen any suspicious activities recently.” “No, I have not, Detective,” responded Annabelle. Then, he noticed a child’s voice coming from a room that says “authorized personnel” ,with its door half open. “What’s that noise behind that door?” Shawn asked impolitely, pointing to the half-open door behind the woman . “N-n-no,”stuttered Annabelle. “Did you even hear that child’s voice from behind you?” Shawn asked again. “I d-di-didn't hear any ki-kids in the b-b-back room,” she replied, stuttering again. “It seems that you have trouble speaking, which indicates that you’re lying,” said the detective unkindly. “So you must be hiding someone or something in that back room!” “Yes it’s true,” said Annabelle as she is terrified. “But I just came to this city to start a my business in order to make a living. Please! I don’t want to get into deep trouble!” “Just let me see what’s behind that freakin’ door, or else !” Shawn yelled aggresively. “Fine,” Annabelle said as she gave in.

So, she let Shawn entered the “authorized personnel” room. The room, however, turns out to be a stairway tunnel, leading downwards. The detective walked down the stairs, and reached the bottom. There Shawn discovered an underground train station, where he spotted a seven-car subway train on the left side of the platform. Then, he heard some sound of children coming from the second front car. The detective sneaked towards the train, hid beneath a window and peeked through it. Shawn saw that the inside of the passenger car has been converted into a childcare-like room. Occupying it were several kids and a young lady, who has orange hair and yellow eyes. She has a nametag that says “Abigail”. “Tommy, please be a good boy and don’t wander off again,” Abigail said to a boy in a cowboy costume. “But I wanna to see some grown-ups, Abby. There would be a chance that I would finally have a mommy and daddy.” “You will have parents. You just need to be patient, Tommy,” said the woman. “I agree with Abby,” said a little girl in a pink princess costume. “We don’t mind waiting for someone to adopt any of us.” Another girl, who is wearing fairy dress, said, “In the meantime, we still have the chance to play together!” “I supposed all you are right,” said Tommy as he lighten up.

The detective lower his head, hoping no one saw him through the window. “Hmm. Tommy. I that name sounds familiar to me,” Shawn whispered to himself in curiosity. The detective remembered busting Peeping Tom. Peeping Tom was criminal snitch who take pictures of women in bikinis, and wives who are cheating on their husbands. “There’s no way that Tommy could be related to that peeper,” said Shawn. Then, he thought about the girl dressed like a princess, who reminded him of Princess Hayley. Princess Hayley was a thief who claim herself to be the “richest princess” in the city. By that, she makes herself rich via robbing banks. “Hayley did disappeared a few days after the case started,” said Shawn. Then, detective remembered seeing the fairy girl with purple hair. The only person whom Shawn knows has purple hair is Frank, the meanest man in town. He is another one of those bad adults who were reported missing. “Frank didn’t have any daughters. Especially those who have purple ha-”

Then, a thought popped up in Shawn’s mind. He piece together what he saw in the train and the knowledge of his investigation. Then, he gasped, realizing that the children from inside the train are the people he is looking for! “Those bad people must’ve turned into kids!” The detective said to himself. “I don’t know how it’s possible for them to become little children, but the police needed to be informed about this whole day care scheme.” “Actually, it’ll be best if you become of them,” a female’s voice spoke suddenly to Shawn.

He turned around to see Abigail standing behind him. The detective noticed that the woman is bigger than him. However, he looked at his surroundings, which also became taller. Thus, Shawn realized that he shrank from a 6”2 to 4”5. Then, his large and baggy clothes caused Shawn to trip and fall on the ground. His body is becoming softer while losing some physical strength and body hair. As he feel his face, which also became soft, he asked, “What the heck did you do to me?” That’s when Shawn noticed his voice now sounds like a kid, but more likely. “It’s just the magic from the train that’s changing you into a little child,” said the woman. “Magic?” Shawn questioned as he noticed his brown hair has grown a few inches longer. Then, he felt his chest gaining a pair of A-cup breasts, while his most private part vanished out of existence. “Why is this happening to me?!” Shawn asked the woman as he heard himself speaking like a little girl. “What are you people and why are you doing this?!” The transforming detective cried as his arms and legs become slender. “Allow us to explain our career,” said Annabelle, who just entered the station platform from upstairs.

“Abigail and I are actually witches,” Annabelle stated, “We moved to this city a couple of months ago.” “We came to the metropolis before in our childhood. Yet there are mean people roaming around,” said Abigail. “So we decided to make these bad guys “behave” by turning them into kind, little children by the use of our magical skills.” Then Annabelle added, “We needed to put these new kids somewhere. So created the Orphanage Express, Detective.” “Orphanage Express?” Shawn asked as her face became girly. “We didn’t want to be sitting ducks and get caught by the authorities,” Abigail explained, ”So Annabelle and I used a forgotten subway system to avoid them.” “We turned an abandoned metro car into a mobile orphanage home,” said Annabelle, ”So that way, we can change our business location from one station to another each day. “While the kids are not for sale and only for adoption, Abigail and I can still sell the things to that are needed to raise the kids as they get adopted, said Annabelle. “Of course the parents-soon-to-be would need some help to raise their adopted child.”

“We knew that someone like you, Detective Sherry, would go near our train,” said Abigail. “So me and my witch friends cast a spell on the Orphanage Express. Anyone we kidnapped, and those who are not authorized by us, would be near near our train gets turned into children, including a 75% chance of becoming a cute little girl.” “Hey! First, my name is Shawn, not Sherry. Second, your co-worker clearly let me through your back door”, Sherry claimed. “So how come I became a child?!” “You came down here unauthorized because you forced me to let you in,” Annabelle objected, “Also, you were mean to me earlier, Sherry.” “Please stop calling me that! I’m not a girl!” Sherry yelled, fighting mentally for her male identity. “But it looks like to me that you are a little girl. You even started to dressed like one.”

Then, Sherry noticed that her oversized detective clothes has already began changing into something more cute and girly. They transfigured into a white undershirt blouse, with a green bow tie attached to her collar. Her detective cape became a little shorter. Her cap morphed into a dark pink headband. Her boots reshaped itself into a pair of dark purple girl shoes, completed with violet-red ribbons for shoelaces. Her socks became girly with frills on the top. Her long trench coat changed into a brown coat-like dress with ruffles on the bottom. Finally, her pants became shorter and merged together into a magenta-colored skirt with white frills. The new skirt exposed her panties, which were once her male underwear. Sherry felt embarrassed to wear girl clothes. She tried to cover up her panties by holding down the bottom of her skirt and dress with her hands.

“Please change me back! I don’t want this!” Sherry cried. “But we can’t have anyone stumble upon our secret and spill the beans,” said Abigail. “It’s not like that you’ll remember any of this, or anything else about your male detective life,” remarked Abigail. “You won’t get away with this!” Said Sherry with tears coming from her eyes. So the new little girl tried to escape by running towards the stairs leading to the ground level. However, Sherry stopped as her memories are being rewritten. She didn’t remember having biological parents, but she did recall dressing up like a detective most of the time. She wanted to chase down bad guys and solving mysteries. Sherry’s mind went blank as she is now physically and mentally a girl.

“Sherry, why are you trying to go upstairs?,” asked Abigail. Sherry’s mind came back to reality and answered, “I wanna bust some bad guys. It’s something a detective would do. I wanna be a detective someday.” “Oh course you will, sweetheart. But it’s not up there unless I give you some parents to look after you,” said Annabelle. “Until then, you stay on the Orphanage Express with your friends. But you can still pretend to be a detective.” “Okay,” Sherry agreed. So the two women put the little detective girl in the subway car with the other kids. Thus, Sherry played with the other kids in a game of dress-up make believe.
